Challenge

Lisa Bennett’s goal to reach an online audience with personalized messaging became increasingly challenging.  Lisa struggled with trying to find the perfect balance with the many different demands associated with being a high-end relator in the hyper busy/super competitive Atlanta Real Estate market. With the daily requirements of managing Loan Officers, Closing Attorneys, Inspectors and Appraisers, the challenge of using Social Media to communicate what’s going on in the Realtor World meant Lisa would need to carve out time to figure out not only what content social media followers are interacting with, but also she would need to understand what time of the day is the best time to post content that will connect with her customers and prospects.

Solution

After a long chat with Lisa discussing messaging and brand consistency, Lisa decided that AmplifyPro would allow her to communicate listings, lifestyle and show Lisa as the go-to Agent for ‘high end’ luxury homes.  The newly designed LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook pages made it easy for potential homebuyers, existing customers and followers to easily stay engaged. IronHouse was immediately able to publish content and educational industry information to ensure potential prospects stay informed, which may increase their interest in wanting to become a homeowner.
